3LM, Land and Livestock Management for Life

3LM, or Land and Livestock Management for Life, is a member of the Savory Network, a network of hubs affiliated with Savory Institute. We are educators, advisors, and verifiers of Holistic Management. Since 1985, Holistic Management has been practiced around-the-world to regenerate soil, and is now the basis of a global movement to regenerate 1 billion hectares of grassland by 2025. Our mission is to equip farmers, businesses, and organisations in the UK and Ireland to achieve their desired quality of life whilst improving the land for future generations. Practitioners of Holistic Management generate enduring wealth measured by sustained profitability, enhanced performance of land and livestock, healthy social relationships, and regenerated soil and ecosystems. Benefits include: increased land productivity, longer growing season, improved forage quality, animal health and performance. Less need for costly inputs such as pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers.
