This information will ensure we adopt the right approach in selling your property. Valuation At this point, 4Sale will assess how much your property is worth. This is done by our expert in-house research team who have access to real-time housing market data and tools, alongside local independent estate agents. Starting The Sale Process If you are happy with the offer, we will focus on a fast turnaround to ensure your property is marketed as quickly as possible. We will arrange for professional photographs to be taken, for the floorplan to be drawn and will draft up the property description. This information will then be sent to our extensive network of property buyers, will be uploaded onto our website and will also form the basis for the property listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation. We will also put you in contact with one of our recommended solicitors so that the paperwork can be managed early on in the process. The cost of all legal fees is covered by 4Sale. Sale Once you have accepted an offer, 4Sale will manage the exchange of contracts and completion process. As soon as you complete, the full amount of the agreed sale price will be transferred into your bank account.
