To make this relationship work, it takes trust. If we trust each other, we can build something truly extraordinary. We created 5+8 because we believed we could do it better. We make beautiful things and tell true and compelling stories. We want to be the best agency in the world. We don't see that as unrealistic but as a challenge. And you need the best people to do it. We believe that when you have fun, you do good work, and when you do good work, you have fun. We founded our company on that principle. We weren't sure at the time if that would work, but it's working well so far.
