Businesses" We built this automation tool "7D Connect" after using all the automation tools and crms like Hubspot, Zoho CRM suite, active campaign, and many other Industry-leading software. Two major challenges: The biggest challenge was that all the platforms worked on an Individual level for e.g phone system will not know what is happening in the chat system and vice versa - affecting and delaying closing deal. Also, the drop in email open rates most of the time as you get shared IP on their usual plans.
