7TH & Madison Extensions of Empowerment is a New Jersey-based provider dedicated to advancing independence and inclusion for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, seniors, and individuals with complex care needs.

Since 2010, 7TH & Madison has been an approved Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Assistive Technology (AT) provider through Medicare and multiple Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) across New Jersey. Our team delivers comprehensive in-home evaluations, adaptive equipment recommendations, and technology-based accessibility solutions that promote safety and independence.

We partner with the New Jersey Department of Human Services and various healthcare organizations to provide Assistive Technology, Housing Navigation, and Accessibility Services that help individuals safely age in place and remain active in their communities. Together with our sister company, Empowerment Construction & Development (ECD), we offer a complete continuum of ADA and aging-in-place construction services, ensuring every home environment supports functionality, accessibility, and quality of life.
