We can ensure you that all our staff have excellent training and meet the required standards before we place them in your establishment. To ensure that you receive only the best staff we have a meticulous recruitment process including references, enhanced DBS check as well as thorough interview procedures. All our staff are trained to deal with a variety of care situations. In addition to annual training our staff have work based supervisions to check on their work performance and appraisals are completed at A1 on a yearly basis so that you can be assured that their care skills and good practice are being monitored closely.
