A2WIND GmbH is an independent engineering organization in Wind Industry headquartered in Munich, with 3 development centers located respectively in Germany and Italy. A2WIND mission is to enhance turbine manufacturer possibilities in the development of their next generation of platforms. Established by Airworks and the IABG group (www.iabg.de / www.acentiss.de), A2W brings together massive expertise in WECs, rotor blades, design of lightweight systems, applied research & mechanical testing. A2WIND contracts technology programs from OEMs (co-development of new concepts on exclusive basis, fully classified, such as: Nacelle covers, Blade structural solutions, etc..) and basic engineering work packages. We want to enable our customers to stay 100% focused on product management and priority tasks, by offering support to long-term innovation and attractive alternatives to cut costs on what is not really strategic.
