In a society where the real estate market is overheated, and prices are skyrocketing, not everyone is able to rent a home, let alone buy one. That's why we donate five percent of our profits every year to Huize Triest, a homeless organization in Ghent. Specialized because we know the East Flanders region inside out. This specialization allows us to build a strong network of buyers, sellers, tenants and renters.
