AC NI is a Belfast-based accessibility consultancy specializing in assistive technology and workplace assessments. We empower neurodivergent, dyslexic, visually impaired, and blind employees to thrive in the workplace. With over 26 years of expertise, we deliver inclusive training, comprehensive workplace assessments, and DSE assessments, helping individuals and employers create truly inclusive environments. Our focus is on identifying practical solutions and removing barriers, fostering employee health and wellbeing. Access to Work Assessments, DSE Assessments, and Workplace Strategy Coaching are key services we offer.

AC NI has delivered Access to Work assessments for 13 years on behalf of the Department for Communities (DfC), as well as supporting organisations across Northern Ireland. We provide a range of services including Dyslexia Diagnostic Assessments and Assistive Technology Training, ensuring individuals have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Our team comprises qualified assessors with extensive experience in disability services, mental health, ergonomics, and visual impairment. We match each person with an assessor who understands their specific needs, ensuring a supportive and personalised experience.
