Our services include routine bookkeeping up to generation of financial statements; accounts analysis, reconciliation and reporting; budgets, forecasts and variance analysis; and company or stakeholder specific analysis, tasks and reporting. We also perform limited interim CFO/Controller services. We support the audit process by performing account reconciliations complete with supporting schedules – or by directly preparing clients for audits (when there is a conflict in independence - thus precluding a white-label partnership). Specifically, we attempt to address conflict in audit independence and/or increase a firm’s ability to meet demand and scale its operation without compromising quality of work. Our niche has been on setting up, cleaning up and/or performing catch up work on a company's books to ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS. This could be in preparation for audit, tax filing, mergers/acquisition/sale (financial due diligence) or shareholder requirements. We also have a very experienced internal controls team. By utilizing proven technology, we perform our high value business services to support clients and partners all across the US - as well as internationally.
