ACF Chefs de Cuisine of the Inland Northwest is a nonprofit organization dedicated to elevating culinary standards and fostering a supportive community for chefs in Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, and the wider Inland Northwest region. Established in 1998, our chapter provides monthly in-person meetings, continuing education opportunities, and invaluable resources for certified members. We champion culinary excellence through camaraderie and professional development, while also offering a unique platform for vendor members to showcase their products and services.

Our annual golf tournament raises funds for culinary scholarships, investing in the next generation of talent. We are committed to providing a valuable network and resources for chefs seeking to advance their careers and contribute to the vibrant culinary landscape of Eastern Washington.
