Hi I'm Sean Nichols, founder of Add Health. I'm a long time bay area corporate personal trainer and health coach. Todays push for companies to get employees to come back to work, needs valuable and healthy-living incentives, like onsite personal training and exercise programs to succeed. Our personal and group exercise trainers offer a solution for small to midsize companies here the bay. Often the only onsite health and wellness programs come from giant cookie cutter h&w companies, who frankly are pretty shit at providing even decent trainers and programs. So I've created Add Health to help our local Bay Area companies have legit options that actually help their employees deal with stress better, to move more, to be safe and efficient with exercise. We also offer programs like 10min stand and stretch breaks both in person and virtually. The stand and stretch breaks are great for special events, conferences or team health challenges.
