ADHD Girls is a company with a dual mission to: ⚡️ empower girls and women with ADHD to thrive in society 👉 improve Neurodiversity understanding via intersectional lens Powered by lived experience research, we provide: 🌟 Neurodiversity Keynote Talks: Keynote Speaker at landmark neurodiversity events, sharing best practices for integration; 🌟 Neurodiversity Training & Workshops: Leadership training for managers & HR, providing tools to support a mixed neurotype team & improve relational intelligence; 🌟 Neurodiversity Consultations: Provide solutions in creation of neuroinclusive events, processes, and policies; 🌟 Personal and professional development workshops for ADHDers; 🌟 Mentoring: Supporting women with ADHD and parents of kids with ADHD to understand and thrive with their neurodifferences. We embody the neurodiversity movement, which displaces the medical model of disability and recognises the barriers presented through the way society organises itself. We believe that these barriers can be removed with adequate support.
