The company was originally founded in 1924 as the Transformer Corporation of America and eventually became the Admiral Corporation of America, after the founder, Ross Siragusa, bought the rights to the "Admiral" trademark in 1934.
The legacy brand “Admiral” is renowned for Consumer & Commercial Electrical Appliances, and has now diversified into the Clean Energy sector which holds immense potential for the future. As part of this strategy Admiral America Energy Inc. was formed.
