Working with Adroit will give you access to a team of highly skilled and experienced CRM practitioners, analysts, and statisticians.  We are responsive and flexible, hallmarks of working with a specialist agency, and understand that our clients have sudden demands placed upon them, and that things change, and we therefore need to adapt accordingly. We have expertise with many clients in supporting and implementing analytical solutions and leveraging data within their CRM programs.  We resell the Faststats analysis platform and build, maintain and support this platform.  We have developed a number of proprietary “plugins” which can only be bought from us, and assist in customer journey reporting and income forecasting.  Adroit has two accredited FastStats trainers, who help numerous clients to maximize the use of this great analysis/campaign management engine. We have a full data management bureau, undertaking data cleansing and processing of data to a high standard.
