From the very early EoI and RFP up to the handover from BD to the Execution Team. During the execution phase, we can provide high add value to our Clients, performing roles from Consultants, to Technical Advisors up to Project Management Consultants (PMC), with tailor made solutions from deploying one single high skill advisor up to a full team of experts, helping the IPP or the EPC in deliver the projects on track. Our PMC services includes revision of engineering, support to purchasing, construction and commissioning management and O&M. We are specialist in providing high skilled solar thermal (CSP) specialist and knowledge to the new market players (i.e. Chinese EPCs and Chinese Design Institutes), both for overseas and domestic market, as well to contribute to increase the capabilities of the already experienced players.
