AEC | Transformation | Earth & Protection In 1989, on a crisp fall day, our founders envisioned a revolutionary advancement in future technology and its impact on business operations, human assets, and the life cycle of industrial real estate. We began as an architectural engineering and construction (AEC) firm in the late 1980s that used pencils, pens, and typewriters to create transdisciplinary designs, documentation, specifications, and blueprint drawings. To meet the needs of clients headquartered near our Columbia, Maryland office, we added an Information Technology (Transformation) department to design and monitor data centers, and provide help desk support, training, and software development. In the early 2000s, we added automation, asset management, and space management technologies. Eventually, we created a land management and physical security (Earth & Protection) arm to serve neighborhood partners near our Northern Virginia office with building security, video surveillance, and landscaping. Our agility and differentiator, driven by our people, has helped us to deliver sustainable infrastructure life cycle solutions around the world. Our company is divided into three divisions. AEC (Architecture Engineering Design & Construction): • Architecture, Interior Design & Planning • MEP Engineering • Structural Engineering and more... Transformation (Intelligent Technology Modernization & Sustainability): • Enterprise Asset Management (EaM) • Intelligent Workplace Management Systems (iWMS) • Internet of Things (iOT) Solution and more...
