AEV Asociación Española de Análisis del Valor is a non-profit association registered in the Spanish National Registry of Associations with the number 601621. It was founded in late 2012 and as of today represents the interests of a wide range of appraisal and consultancy companies, which have as founding grounds their professional independence and the technical rigor. AEV is member of The International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), The European Group of Valuers'​ Associations (TEGoVA) and Asociación Hipotecaria Española (AHE). AEV is open to any valuation market player company that fully complies and promotes the founding objectives of the association: • Encouraging the development of the valuation Industry, the valuation analysis, techniques and procedures. • Promote sound professional practices, and high quality valuations to ensure the independence, self-regulation, transparency and technical foundations of all partners. • Represent all our members, defending their interests and promoting their reputation. AEV will promote the necessary information to increase market transparency on member’s awareness and the professional practices of its members.
