Affordable Housing Management of The Carolinas is a Greensboro, North Carolina-based nonprofit organization dedicated to building and managing quality, affordable rental housing. Founded in 1970, AHM, Inc. plays a vital role in supporting the community’s housing needs, providing homes for individuals and families who may otherwise struggle to afford quality living.

We serve a diverse range of residents, offering 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units in communities like Redhill Pointe, Muirs Landing, and Sumner Ridge. Our approach centers on revitalizing distressed properties and developing new, sustainable housing solutions, utilizing various funding sources including HUD programs and housing tax credits.
