Agape Therapy Institute

Agape Therapy Institute is a leading mental health counseling center located in Orlando, Florida, providing accessible and affordable professional care for individuals, couples, and families. Established in 2016, we offer a comprehensive range of services including mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, trauma therapy, and family and couples therapy.

At Agape, we address a wide spectrum of clinical issues, from anxiety and depression to personality disorders and bereavement, utilizing evidence-based approaches and tailored treatment plans. Our dedicated team of master-level therapists, including graduate student interns and fully licensed clinicians, is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

What distinguishes Agape is our commitment to cultivating the next generation of therapists. For seven years, we’ve trained nearly 100 professionals, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in the field and launch successful private practices. We are proud to have fostered a legacy of quality mental healthcare within the Orlando community.

In 2023, Agape Therapy Institute closed its doors, allowing our cohort of therapists to pursue their own ventures, and Susan Bearden relocated to Pennsylvania. We remain grateful for the opportunity to serve the Orlando and Florida community for many years.
