Agility Counseling Group is a Toledo, Ohio-based mental health care provider specializing in athletic and leadership psychology.

We support student athletes, professional athletes, coaches, teams, and leaders by providing individual and group counseling, trauma-responsive coaching training, and leadership consulting. Our mission is to equip individuals with the coping skills to persevere, improve emotional flexibility, and engage in meaningful relationships – fostering psychological safety and resilience.

Agility Counseling Group leverages expertise in Brief Solution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches to address challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. We are committed to building a team culture of empathy and supporting the holistic well-being of our clients.
