ALIMEC: TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION In 1983, the Alimec journey began in a small artisan workshop, creating the first machines for the Italian market. As customer demands grew, so did the challenges: boosting hourly production, cutting waste, speeding up format changes, injecting unique fillings, and ensuring perfect ingredient distribution. Countless days and nights were dedicated to discovering ideal solutions. With a dynamic and efficient team, guided by intuitive and competent management, Alimec expanded into international markets, serving both medium-sized companies and large enterprises. Our forward-thinking vision and customer-centric approach make Alimec a trusted partner, delivering highly efficient machines and systems tailored to the most demanding market needs. In 2016, we evolved further: our historic headquarters transformed into Pramecc, a new company focused on mechanical processing. Alimec relocated to a larger facility, 7.520 m2 in total, in the picturesque Pasubio valleys, where the inspiring peaks drive us to reach new challenge. Today, Alimec specializes in manufacturing automatic and semi-automatic plants for cookies, cakes, muffins, donuts, filled croissants, and pizza toppings, continually pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation.
