Marvin, an extremely well respected insurance agent in Colorado and New York, set out to create an insurance agency designed with the customer in mind. He understood that most consumers hate the thought of buying insurance, having to understand insurance and mostly having to use an insurance policy. His Goal: Take the stress away from the customer by offering exceptional customer service unmatched in the industry. His Philosophy: Educate each customer one at a time as to what protection they are getting for their hard earned dollars. This tradition of exceptional service continues today, passed to Marvin's daughter and her husband, Stephanie and Mark Sodden.
