All Things Equal is a Leeds-based digital agency specializing in transformative web design, CRM development, and community platform solutions for the non-profit sector. We empower ambitious charities and social enterprises to scale their impact with digital technology. For over a decade, we’ve partnered with organizations like Women’s Aid, Mind, and Aga Khan Foundation, providing bespoke training and strategic support. Our approach centers on learning, sharing, and being deeply embedded within the sector, working alongside our clients to build sustainable digital capabilities. We’re not just an agency; we’re a social impact business, driven by a passion for supporting charities of all sizes.

We’ve built tools and processes that enable us to support many small-medium sized organisations – helping raise the bar across the sector, rather than support only the largest, most established charities. Two founders, one focus All Things Equal was built by Nick Pomeroy and Matt Saunders. A Creative Director and a Technical Director who got tired of watching great charities settle for digital that let them down.
