Alliance Health Centers is a nonprofit healthcare provider located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, offering comprehensive medical and behavioral health care for individuals and families of all ages. We are dedicated to improving the health of the communities we serve, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay, and provide a sliding fee scale discount for those who qualify.

Our integrated services encompass primary medical, OB/GYN, pediatric, and mental health care, delivered by a team of experienced and compassionate providers. We offer a wide range of services including family medicine, pediatrics, podiatry, chiropractic, physiatry, LGBTQ+ care, faith-based care, mental health counseling, psychiatry, substance use counseling, neurodivergent care, infectious disease, developmental pediatrics, OB/GYN, and prenatal care.

Alliance Health Centers distinguishes itself through its commitment to accessibility and community engagement, accepting new patients and offering walk-in appointments. We are proud to partner with organizations like Lafayette Medical Center and Parkview Health’s Community Health Improvement program to expand our reach and impact.

Founded in 2020, Alliance Health Centers currently employs 33 staff members and operates five convenient locations across Indiana, serving a diverse population with a mission to provide exceptional care at every stage of life.
