Alliance of Schools for Cooperative Insurance Programs (ASCIP)

We are a community of schools serving schools'​ insurance and risk management needs. We exist to serve our members and to protect and conserve educational resources for the benefit of our more than 1.3 million students. ASCIP is a non-profit Joint Power Authority (JPA) providing insurance and risk management solutions to nearly 150 California public schools and community colleges. We offer property & liability, workers'​ compensation, employee benefits, and school construction insurance coverages along with a host of loss prevention services and resources.
