Amphibian and Reptile Conservation is a national wildlife charity dedicated to the preservation of the UK’s amphibians and reptiles, and the protection of their increasingly threatened habitats. Based in Bournemouth, Dorset, we operate across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, undertaking vital work including managing over eighty nature reserves, conducting research and monitoring populations, and collaborating with other organizations to influence wildlife legislation.

Our mission is to safeguard these fascinating creatures and the environments they depend on for survival, ensuring a thriving future for UK wildlife. We achieve this through a combination of direct conservation action, educational initiatives, and advocacy, working to create a sustainable legacy for generations to come.
