Group classes and individuals sessions aimed towards improving strength, mobility and flexibility for a healthier and happier body. As well as public classes, we also offer corporate classes and can come into businesses to provide sessions on-site.

Nutrition consultations including dietary analysis and meal plans to help with anything from weight-management, sporting performance, gut problems and healthy eating. Nutrition talks, seminars and workshops are also available for groups including sports clubs, schools and universities, businesses and other private groups.

Physiotherapy appointments for privately paying individuals, those with private healthcare, medico-legal cases and corporate entities. hands on treatment for a huge array of conditions including but not limited to, sporting injuries, chronic pain, back pain, niggles and pain.
