Assietta Private Equity SGR is an independent management company whose mission is to raise and manage closed-end Private Equity funds. Assietta is specialized in promoting and actively managing Private Equity funds and in maximizing returns to its investors. APE’s primary goal is to invest in companies'​ capital to support the process of business development and growth, sharing its management experience with its portfolio companies’ teams. APE is controlled by partners of Cornaglia & Associati Chartered Accountants. Cornaglia & Associati has been offering advisory services to companies for over 15 years, with focus on company reorganisation, merger and acquisitions, and replacement capital. Cornaglia & Associati has an extensive experience with the major Italian private equity operators. APE currently manages two Private Equity funds raised respectively in 2002 and 2003, with a total commitment of more than € 90 million: Fondo Dimensione Impresa; Fondo Dimensione Network. APE tergets are small and medium enterprise on the italian industrial and manufacturing market. APE investment team have large set of skills ranging from academic world to real estate markets, from corporate finance to private equity.
