Apple Eyecare

Apple Eyecare is a locally-grown optometry practice serving Fort Wayne and Northern Indiana communities.

Rooted in Northern Indiana, Appleseed Eyecare began with practices dating back to the 1970s, and we’ve carried on a tradition of providing excellent eye care and products in each of our offices. Inspired by Johnny "Appleseed" Chapman, we’re dedicated to preserving and enhancing the vision of those in our communities, mirroring his compassion and humility.

Our mission is to provide outstanding eye care, value our staff, and foster a workplace where our team thrives. We strive to emulate Christ’s compassion, humility, and integrity in all our relationships, and we’re committed to giving back to the communities we serve through various initiatives throughout the year. Just as Johnny Appleseed planted his seeds, we aim to sow good works and continue his legacy of service in Northern Indiana.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including refractive disorders, emergency eyecare, myopia control, ocular disease management, macular degeneration treatment, dry eye & meibomian gland dysfunction solutions, and blepharitis care, alongside a selection of contact lenses, eyewear, and eye health products.
