At Aquario, our mission is to bring value to owners, consulting engineers and contractors responsible for delivering large and complex construction projects. Helping teams achieve their project goals is what drives us. Founded in 2020 by Richard Fernandez with experience delivering water infrastructure projects in varying engineering and management roles, Aquario is minority-owned and also family operated. Lupe Fierro has decades of experience working in business administration, government grants and contracting, and education. As partners, we offer professional civil engineering services during design and construction. We bring a unique perspective, including commitments to sustainability and diversity and inclusion to our projects. With increased use in the public sector, we also support design-build (DB) projects and variants - including construction manager at risk/general contractor construction manager (CMAR/GCCM), and progressive design-build (PDB). Water and wastewater projects are ideal for leveraging the innovations these project delivery methods bring.
