Arches Healing and Growth

Arches Healing and Growth is a BIPOC and transgender-owned mental health agency based in Salt Lake City, Utah, dedicated to providing inclusive and affirming therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. We specialize in supporting marginalized communities, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals, addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Our approach integrates mindfulness, empowerment, and culturally informed strategies to foster healing and personal growth. We offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, and provide letters for gender-affirming care and legal documentation.
