Ariaconsult Limited

Strategy, Business Development, and Work Winning are critical functions to get right in any business. Getting these areas right in any business is a mind game to change mindsets. Change in an organisational or personal context is not easy. People often talk about a desire or need for transformational change but fear the challenge of the status quo and existing culture or behaviour. Leaders are under intense pressure to deliver shareholder value. The future enterprise value of your organisation will be driven and sustained by having managers who receive coaching from business development specialists. The cognitive overload or amount of data available that your business development function needs to process yearly increases. Time horizons to get results are getting shorter. Ariaconsult gives you the flexibility to buy help when needed, which is valuable when facing a finite submission or proposal deadline. Ariaconsult Strategic Business Development consultancy support comprises two distinctive elements, mentoring and coaching: 1. My mentoring guidance offers challenge, inputs, ideas, content, advice, and information 2. My coaching approach helps improve competence and capability in your people For example, our Strategy workshop creates value for our clients through a mentoring element that features my knowledge of strategy models, processes, and tools. This session is directive to enable clear thinking. The non-directive element of our strategy workshop is in me drawing out from within you and your team ambition, aspiration, ideas, and potential through my coaching style and skill. To help your organisation and people grow and get results. Our strategy, business development, and work winning inputs will develop organisational competence and capability that help apply skills, processes, and systems to good effect. Coaching your people once a month will nurture a culture and a growth mindset that empowers and commits energy into learning and sharing.
