Arizona Works Together

Arizona Works Together is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for workers' rights and economic justice in Arizona. Based in Tempe, Arizona, we champion fair labor laws and fight against policies that undermine workers' ability to organize and secure decent wages. For nearly eight decades, powerful corporate interests have manipulated Arizona’s legal system, resulting in significantly lower earnings for workers compared to states without ‘Right to Work’ laws. We are committed to repealing these detrimental ‘Right to Work’ laws and promoting policies that prioritize fair pay, secure retirements, and economic freedom for all Arizonans.
