Armònia SGR is an independent fund manager dedicated to investments in firms operating in the Italian mid-market segment. Armònia manages the closed-end Private Equity Fund “Armònia Italy Fund” (fully invested), reserved to qualified and professional investors and is currently raising its second Private Equity Fund “Armònia Italy Fund II”. Armònia SGR invests in leading manufacturing sectors, distinguished by a very high product quality. These are the typical “Made in Italy” sectors (e.g. machinery, mechanics, pharmaceuticals, services, consumer goods, food, and fashion), that enabled Italian economy to keep up its competitiveness and that are confirmed to be those that will drive growth in the coming years. Armònia SGR’s value creation is mainly focused on a Buy and Build Strategy for the consolidation of strategic industries. Armònia SGR is an investment manager that promotes, among others, environmental and social characteristics, and that makes investments in companies that comply with good governance practices, in accordance with article 8 of the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 ("SFDR").
