Artes Mundi

The purpose of Artes Mundi is to research on the creation and implementation of innovative artistic initiatives, projects and supporting tools: education, training, lifelong learning, human rights, social protection and solidarity of children, women and vulnerable social groups. The first two years of operation(2010-2011), the TRAM Artes Mundi, created partnerships with social agencies and laid the experience foundations of artistic production in social action. In this context, TRAM NPO generated two main projects, the production of the documentary "The Little Others" with migrant children in Greece, which was performed at: the two major Greek Documentary Festival in antiracist festival in educational institutions different regions of Greece, and the stage play "Mirror" in which TRAM created an indie stage space at Psiri. The next two years (2012 -now), the TRAM Artes Mundi develops the performing and cinematic actions, create new partnerships and expand their artistic output, with three main projects in progress: a stage fairy- show for schools, a new social documentary and a social-political play as well as with individual audiovisual creations.
