The Knoxville Branch exists under the authority of the Tennessee Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). ASCE provides essential value to our members and partners, advances civil engineering, and serves the public good. In carrying out that mission, ASCE: • Advances technology • Encourages lifelong learning • Promotes professionalism and the profession • Develops civil engineer leaders • Advocates infrastructure and environmental stewardship Social Media Policy: The ASCE Knoxville Branch uses social media to educate and inform its members, local civil engineers, and interested parties of the public about news and promotions related to ASCE and the profession.
