Where this page came from

Nobody at Assembly Rooms Edinburgh gave us this. We built it in 2026 from public sources — a company register, the company’s own website, and public business directories — because we are building a directory of companies that can be checked. We hold the name, address, website, sector and one contact address, and nothing else.

If this is your company, you can take it over and correct it, free. If you would rather it were not here, tell us and we will remove it. You do not need an account and we will not ask why.

Overview

Assembly Rooms Edinburgh is a unique multi purpose events in the heart of Edinburgh’s new town offering unrivalled service, inhouse IT solutions and impressive, versatile spaces for exceptional events. More than two hundred years ago, the Assembly Rooms was created as a place for people to meet, talk, do business and be entertained. From royal banquets to Edinburgh Festival Fringe shows, and from ceilidhs to readings by Dickens, Scott and Thackeray, not only has this beautiful 18th century building survived the centuries, but its purpose continues to this day. Following a major redevelopment completed in 2012, this important Georgian venue has been transformed into spaces fit for contemporary use, but with their architectural significance preserved and enhanced. Restored to their former glory, our Ballroom, Music Hall, Drawing Rooms and Crush Hall are providing elegant backdrops for formal and informal occasions, day and night. Explore our website to get a flavour of the scale of events that can be held in Assembly Rooms Edinburgh and what we can do for you, relive aspects of our colourful history and find out what's on and what's coming up.
