The Associated Contractors of New Mexico (ACNM) is the leading voice of New Mexico’s transportation and utility construction industry. As one of 95 chartered members of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), ACNM has proudly served as the state's first AGC chapter since 1933. ACNM is committed to being the premier industry association through exceptional advocacy, legislative involvement, workforce development, and strategic partnerships that support New Mexico’s infrastructure growth. We deliver valuable services to our members in key areas including: Workforce development & training Legislative and regulatory engagement Jobsite safety and industry best practices Political action and advocacy Business development Promoting a strong, positive industry image Many of these services are driven by ACNM’s active committees and task forces, which include members, agency leaders, and partners across the construction sector. In collaboration with AGC, we also provide access to national resources that enhance our ability to meet the diverse needs of our members.
