WORKFLOW DIGITALIZATION FOR EVERYBODY Ataleo enables everybody to digitalize business processes and to integrate mobile devices for user interaction to make businesses more efficient. It offers a set of tools for creating workflows, user interaction, software service integration, connectivity, and post processing. Ataleo is a SAAS product enabling users to use the functionality of a mobile device without writing any line of code. Ataleo consists of a work-flow engine App and cloud services. A workflow consisting of a set of activities and actions can either be created graphically with the ataleo workflow builder or by using the ataleo webservices when integrated into other programs. Parts of the workflow like consuming information and/or gathering data which requires user interaction are executed on the mobile device. The created data are uploaded to the cloud for further processing. The ataleo no-code workflow service contains activities like watch or record videos, show or take photos, play or record audio, video chat, checkboxes, radio buttons, etc. The actions are upload data, share data, compare photos, render videos executed on the mobile as well as actions executed in the cloud like store data in databases, send email, distribute videos to social media channels, order spare parts, etc.
