We aim to give our customers as much visibility as possible on all orders, so they feel in control at all times, we are always on hand to help our customers and are continuously been proactive to make sure issues are limited. When issues do arise, we aim to have alerts in place so we can rectify and in cases we can’t rectify immediately contact customers with a solution actioned.
