Our team, led by Principal Jill Roberts and JP Beaulieu, brings decades of combined experience in Florida’s commercial real estate industry. Jill Roberts, a Principal, specializes in large commercial land sales, new development, and urban redevelopment, while JP Beaulieu, also a Principal, focuses on strategic growth and complex deal structures. Senior Associate Rebekah Marrero specializes in retail leasing and development.
