Attikes Diadromes S.A. (Attica Tollway Operations Authority S.A.)

Attikes Diadromes SA, also known as Attica Tollway Operations Authority, is the Operating and Maintenance Company of the Attiki Odos Motorway (Attica Tollway) in Athens, Greece. The Tollway is a 70 km-long urban Motorway, fully access-controlled through 39 toll barriers (4 mainline barriers at the extremities plus 35 entry ramps). The Company’s main tasks are contractually assigned on a back-to-back basis with the Concession Agreement, signed between the Attiki Odos SA (the Concessionaire) and the Greek State. Attikes Diadromes SA (ADSA) has been providing a high level of service to its users since March 2001, when the first section of the motorway, which was completed in stages up until June 2004, opened to traffic. The obligations of the Operation and Maintenance Company of Attica Tollway (ensured 24-hours per day, on a 365-day-per-year basis) can be summarized as follows: - Traffic management & safety of users - Detection / intervention / management of incidents - Routine maintenance of infrastructure and fixed equipment - Maintenance of vehicles - Planning / monitoring of major maintenance - Planning / scheduling of improvements and expansion - Toll Collection - Design of Commercial Policy & management of commercial packages - Monitoring of User complaints - Public Relations and Communication ADSA's goal is to provide high-level services to their users, beyond any contractual obligations, offering Safety, Comfort and Reliability in their trips.
