We design moments of creative breakthrough. What exactly is a learning adventure? A mix of workshop and team-building with the energy and polished logistics of an event. This is a multidisciplinary and transformative approach to corporate learning. By learning through doing and experimenting and playing and trying, we help people to develop actions and skills that are immediately and lastingly applicable in real work situations. We have three creative learning adventures (more coming in the future): ⛩️ Kaizen - The Japanese art of Agile Incremental daily changes to reach large-scale transformation. A 6-session learning experience focusing on coherent productivity. 🗺️ Maps in Nature Where have you been? Where are you now? Where are you going? A full day in nature, structured in 4-parts and focusing on soft skills - for employees. And yes, you will go home with your own map that you have created with your hands. We also have a different version for leadership development. 🎨 Creativity LAB A crucial skill for innovation at work. We are all inherently creative.
