BA Inc. (DBE/MBE/SBE) has been in business for 11 years; established and incorporated in 2004 to provide professional engineering design services to public agencies for public works projects. Our primary lines of business include Utility Engineering. Our extensive design/build background reflects a full understanding of local government challenges, protocols and procedures. From conception we have worked tirelessly to establish and maintain our reputation in the market; free of default, litigation, and civil judgment. Our public works experience includes utility design, domestic/reclaimed Water Design, third party coordination, storm drain design, sewer design, site grading and construction support.
