His background in bookkeeping and running a small business gives him the passion to assist other small businesses succeed. Mark is fuelled by his passion for helping small businesses evolve. He considers himself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on his academic foundations in accounting and business and stay in tune with the latest cloud based software through continued coursework and professional development. His hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to his decision to open his practice, Back 2 Books Financial Services Ltd. Previously, he vastly improved the productivity of his department by implementing strategic project management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for himself. Mark believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success, and knows the stress involved of completing your own books after a hard day’s work running your business.
