Today, we are seeing a marked shift in what we call the “Balance of Partnership." Many have lost sight of the importance in acting as an extension of their carrier partners and delivering the required underwriting results. It is from this misalignment of interests that has ironically created an opportunity in the market and prompted us to challenge this state of being and turn the model on its head. As such, we are here to reset the model. By going back to fundamentals of actually (and truly) valuing relationships and concentrate on developing mutual profitability through sensible commission structures and performance based underwriting, we are going to set the bar for a new standard. It is through this value proposition, we have built a sustainable, yet grounded MGU with one leading, elemental virtue: ​What must always prevail when preserving both underwriting profits and MGU profits is the Balance of both. ​
