Balance Support CIO

Balance's Mission is to become a sustainable deliverer of high quality support to enable people to become less reliant on services and reach their potential. We are a ‘not for profit’ organisation. This means that surplus money that we make within the business is re-invested into our services for the benefit of our clients. We currently have two employment support teams, Balance Learning Disability Support Team and Balance Mental Health Employment Support Team. These teams have a wealth of experience in mentoring and supporting people into employment and supporting them to maintain employment.
