Hospital Sant Joan de Déu (Barcelona) is a teaching hospital specializing in the fields of pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics. It is located in Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). It is a privately owned center, concerted by the Catalan Public Health Service, which belongs to the Hospitaller Order of St. John of God, religious organization that manages more than 300 health centers over the world. In 2022, the center has 333 beds and 15 operating rooms. It employs more than 2.800 professionals and attends 3.069 births, 17.184 hospitalizations, 5.210 major ambulatory surgery, and 15.329 surgeries are performed.
