Barcelona Cruise Terminal (BCT) operates cruise terminals D – Palacruceros and E – Helix Cruise Center at the Port of Barcelona, Europe’s leading cruise port. Under private concession and owned by Carnival Corporation & plc, BCT provides infrastructure for some of the world’s most renowned cruise lines, including Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, AIDA Cruises, Seabourn, Cunard, Costa Crociere, and P&O Cruises, enabling them to dock and carry out all essential operations while in port. These operations include embarkation and disembarkation of guests, provisioning, baggage handling, customs and immigration processing, security and safety coordination, crew logistics, and ground transportation management. The terminals also offer passenger services, retail and hospitality areas, and accessibility support, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for both travelers and crew. With modern infrastructure, including 1,200+ solar panels, facilities for LNG-powered ships, and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable port operations, BCT actively contributes to reducing the environmental footprint of cruise tourism while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
